Workplace based assessments

Hi all,

Please see link below for some resources from the Royal College for assessment of registrars – includes DOPS as we discussed in the meeting today, but they also have set marking schemes for discussing cases and what they call clinical or management events. I think perhaps we want to remain less formal and not drown ourselves in paperwork, but it is probably what we are moving towards:

And then I’ve also attached the trainee handbook for the Australian Royal College. It sets out the curriculum very thoughtfully but also includes DOPS assessment forms and Case discussion assessment forms in the appendix.
